Surah Kahf 118 – 110 -Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “I am only a man like you, ˹but˺ it has been revealed to me that your God is only One God. So whoever hopes for the meeting with their Lord, let them do good deeds and associate none in the worship of their Lord.”

Prophet Muhammad(saw) in the Bible (Quotes) and Prophet Jesus in Islam – FlipBook
*** https://archive.org/details/nabisaw-bible-a/mode/1up – FlipBook

Prophet Muhammad came to declare the Message – as part of the Last Revelation sent to Mankind. What was the Message? There is only One God Worthy of Worship (Pure Monotheism) . The Qur’an states that those who believe in and follow the prophet will prosper (Surah 7:157).
Genesis 12:2-3 speaks of God’s promise to Abraham and his descendants before any child was born to him.
Genesis 12:2-3New International Version
2 “I will make you into a great nation,
and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.[a]
3 I will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you.”[b]
Genesis 17:4 reiterates God’s promise after the birth of Ishmael and before the birth of Isaac. – Just to briefly explain the Genealogy of Jewish people – they are the descendants of Abraham and his wife Sarah – while the Arabs are the descendants of Abraham and his slave girl Hajra/ Hagar; Ibrahim(Abraham had many wives – these are the 2 most important ones since from heir Lineage came many Prophets – Alayhis Salam)

The Prophet like unto Moses – Deuteronomy 18:18
14The nations you will dispossess listen to those who practice sorcery or divination. But as for you, the Lord your God has not permitted you to do so. 15The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites. You must listen to him. 16For this is what you asked of the Lord your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly when you said, “Let us not hear the voice of the Lord our God nor see this great fire anymore, or we will die.”
17The Lord said to me: “What they say is good. 18I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their fellow Israelites, and I will put my words in his mouth. He will tell them everything I command him. 19I myself will call to account anyone who does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name. 20But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, is to be put to death.”
21You may say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?” 22If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord does not take place or come true, that is a message the Lord has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously, so do not be alarmed.
Why that had to be Prophet Muhammad(saw) and Not Jesus is because Prophet Muhammad was like unto Moses – he had a family, and ruled by Shariah , fought the idolators and did many worldly things – unlike Jesus who came to warn the people of the Afterlife and Belief in monotheism as Salvation; (John 18:36New International Version – 36 Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place.”)

The Concept of God – Old and New Testament and Quran Kareem – Monotheism
Dead Sea Scrolls and the Shema (declaration of faith in the Bible)
Why most Christians got the Concept of God wrong – Historical Perspective and theological Changes based on Greek and Roman Idolatry;

Manuscripts Problem – Different Formats of Early Scripture Scroll: a rolled piece of papyrus or parchment. All of the original scriptures were written on scrolls. Codex: a book made up of paper, parchment, or papyrus, with one end bound. Palimpsest: a manuscript page that has been washed off so that it can be reused. Hebrew Scriptures Great Isaiah Scroll, 202-107 B.C., facsimile The Great Isaiah Scroll is one of the original Dead Sea Scrolls discovered in 1947 and is the most complete of the Hebrew Scriptures Dead Sea Scrolls found in the Qumran Caves. The scroll was written on seventeen sheets of parchment, connected into a scroll. Differences between this scroll and the later Masoretic text are mostly grammatical and spelling differences.
Nabi Eesa-Prophet Jesus spoke Aramaic – and there is No Original 100 percent Aramaic Text; however we will try to extract some passages which Logiacally correspond with each other throughout the “Biblical Connection”;
What is a Manuscript? A manuscript is a hand-written document. The word has its origin in Latin: manu (hand) and scriptum (written). There are approximately 5,800 Greek manuscripts of the New Testament. In addition, there are 10,000 Latin manuscripts, and 9,300 manuscripts in other languages. The New Testament autographa, the manuscripts written by the original authors, are unavailable, but manuscripts have been discovered that are dated as early as the 2nd century. The Ten Commandments
20 And God spoke all these words:
2 “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
3 “You shall have no other gods before[a] me.
4 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.
7 “You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
(Notes: Doesn’t It Seem to You that bowing down – or calling Jesus in Prayer is Worshipping him… seome make his Statues and pray While they also worshipping God -Idolatry…)

בָּרוּךְ שֵׁם כְּבוֹד מַלְכוּתוֹ – The Shema is the Declaration of Faith (in One Supreme God int he Torah – Old and New Testament);

Monotheism in New Testament:
Only God is good Scripture: Ezekiel 7-8, Psalm 116, Matthew 19 Matthew 19:17 “Why do you ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.” Mark 10:18 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone. Observation The rich young ruler approached Jesus and asked, “What good thing must I do to inherit eternal life?” Jesus answered, “Why do you ask me about what is good? There is only One who is good.” There is a slight difference in Mark’s gospel. The young man asked, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” Jesus answered, “Why do you call me good? No one is good—except God alone.” Romans 3:10–12 As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one; 11 there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. 12 All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.” No one is good. All of us have turned away. We love the fantasy of human goodness. We say it all the time: people are basically good. Or, “He/she is a good person.” Jesus says, “No one is good, except God alone.” No one is Perfect but God – we are all Sinners in need of repentance;
JESUS about God:
Mathew 7:22 – New International Version Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ – because calling Jesus “Lord” instead of God;
The Trinity is Not Biblical – https://www.ucg.ca/booklets/is-god-a-trinity/surprising-origins-trinity-doctrine – But should we really base our view of God on a doctrine that isn’t spelled out in the Bible, that wasn’t formalized until three centuries after the time of Jesus Christ and the apostles, that was debated and argued for decades (not to mention for centuries since), that was imposed by religious councils presided over by novices or nonbelievers and that was “decided by the method of trial and error”? Of course not. We should instead look to the Word of God—not to ideas of men—to see how our Creator reveals Himself!
Concept of God in Islam

“He is Allah—there is no god ‘worthy of worship’ except Him: Knower of the seen and unseen. He is the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful. He is Allah—there is no god except Him: the King, the Most Holy, the All-Perfect, the Source of Serenity, the Watcher ‘of all’, the Almighty, the Supreme in Might,1 the Majestic. Glorified is Allah far above what they associate with Him ˹in worship˺! He is Allah: the Creator, the Inventor, the Shaper. He‘alone’ has the Most Beautiful Names. Whatever is in the heavens and the earth ‘constantly’ glorifies Him. And He is the Almighty, All-Wise. (Qur’an 59 – 22/23/24)
Iqaluit Masjid – and Islam in the Arctic

Welcome to Iqaluit Masjid
A project of Islamic Society of Nunavut ® (2009)
Located in the far reaches of the Canadian North, Iqaluit Masjid is the first masjid in the territory of Nunavut. The newly built masjid is a milestone in Islamic and Canadian history for being Canada’s most North-Easterly Mosque.
Islamic Society of Nunavut is committed to sharing the beautiful message of Islam, and gestures of goodwill according to its teachings in the Canadian North. The Masjid holds five time daily prayers, Friday & Eid Prayers, open-houses and other community events. The aim of the establishment is to facilitate the worship of Allah (SWT) according to Quran and Sunnah.
Note about prayer timings: Due to the Iqaluit’s proximity to the North Pole there is an absence of complete dark during the nights in the summers. For this reason, based on various fatawa, the masjid leadership and community agree to follow the salat timings of the closest major city i.e, Ottawa for the purpose of daily prayers and fasting during the month of Ramadan.
The Ummah will reach the East and the West

Thawbān (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Allah brought the corners of the earth together for me, so I saw its eastern and western parts. The dominion of my Ummah will definitely reach as far as what was brought together for me (all parts of the world). I have been granted the two treasures, the red and the white. I asked my Lord not to destroy my Ummah due to a common drought nor to afflict them with an enemy from other than themselves who would annihilate them. My Lord said: ‘O Muhammad, when I pass a decree, it is not retracted. I have granted that I will not destroy your Ummah by a common drought, nor will I release against them an enemy from other than themselves, who will annihilate them – even if the people from the surrounding regions join forces against them – until they themselves kill and capture each other.'” Al-Burqāni narrated this Hadīth in his Sahīh with this addition: “I only fear for my Ummah the misguiding leaders. If the sword falls upon them, it will not be lifted until the Day of Resurrection. The Hour will not be established until a community from my Ummah join the polytheists and until large groups from my Ummah worship idols. There will be in my Ummah thirty impostors, each of them claiming to be a prophet. I am the seal of the prophets; there will be no prophet after me. A group from my Ummah will continue to uphold the truth and be victorious, regardless of those who let them down (did not support them), until the command of Allah, Exalted and Glorified, comes.”

Midnight Sun Mosque

Russia

Nord Kamal Mosque in Norilsk is the world’s northernmost mosque.[17]
A study from 2019 described Muslim communities in Arctic Russia as “rapidly growing” in the last two decades. An early attempt to build a mosque in a major city (Yakutsk, about 450 kilometers (280 mi) south of the Arctic Circle) failed upon the outbreak of the First World War and the following October Revolution. In 1996, however, it became the site of the world’s largest mosque in the far north, capable of holding 3000 worshipers.[2]
Siberian mullahs since the 19th century were hesitant to recognize distant authority.[2] After the 1991 collapse of the Soviet Union, three central Muslim directorates competed for control of the Islamic population in Siberia, the far East and the far North; one of these three was absorbed into another, leaving the CDUMR and the Council of Muftis—the latter seen as closely tied to the Russian government.[2] In 1998, the first mosque was built for the industrial city of Norilsk, and by 2007 the Muslims in the city were estimated at 20% of the population, coming from Dagestan, Central Asia and Azerbaijan.[18]
Nearly every Arctic city in Russia has a Muslim presence as of 2019, and the 59 mosques and musallas spread across the Arctic exist in every region except for the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Chukotka.[2] A periodical journal named Islam in Yakutia is printed in Neryungri.[2] In 2014, it was noted that a large number of ethnic Russians in Tyumen, which boasts 30 northern mosques, seemed to be converting to Islam.[19]
Alaska
[edit]

The Islamic Community Center of Anchorage Alaska[21] was the first purpose-built mosque in the US state, with construction beginning in 2010 to replace the musalla in a strip mall that had previously served the 3000 Muslim residents.[22][23][24] Due to the differences in daylight hours between winter and summer, and due to there being no darkness in the summer at night, the ICCAA has adopted Mecca time as its prayer schedule,[25] which has led to some disagreement within the community. Some Muslims opt to pray local time, and estimate the prayer times in the summer when they cannot use the sun.

Whoever Curses Time Wrongs Allah(swa)
Kitaab At-Tawheed, Chapter: 43 ~Whoever Curses Time Wrongs Allah
Allah (swt ), says:
” And they say: “There is nothing but our life in this world: We die and we live and nothing destroys us except time.” And they have no knowledge of it, they only conjecture” (Qur’an 45:24)
Allah (swt ), Most Glorified, Most High, informs us in this verse about the disbelieving dahris1 from among the Arabs and others, who do not believe in any life, save the life of this world, nor in the Rabb and Creator, Allah (swt ), Most High. They believe that nothing causes death except the passage of time. Then Allah (swt ), Most Glorified, Most High, refutes their claims, saying that they have absolutely no evidence for what they claim, but instead, depend upon surmise and their own vain opinions.
Benefits Derived From This Verse
1. That attributing good or evil to the passage of time is a sign of atheism.
2. Confirmation of a life after death for mankind.
3. That ad-dahr (time) is not one of Allah’s Names.
Relevance of This Verse to the Subject of the Chapter
That the verse rejects those who attribute events to time, for they commit a great wrong against Allah (swt ).
Relevance of This Verse to the Subject of Tawheed
That it rejects those who attribute events to time, because in so doing, they are ascribing a partner to Allah (swt ), for it is He, Alone Who Decrees what will be and what will not be.
..ooOOoo..
It is authentically reported on the authority of Abu Hurairah (ra ) that the Prophet (saas ) said: “Allah (swt ), Most Blessed, Most High, says: “The son of Adam wrongs Me: He curses time, though I am time: In My Hands are all things and I cause the night to follow the day.” 2 In another narration, He (saas ) says: “Do not curse time, for verily, time is Allah (swt ).”
Allah (swt ), Most Glorified, Most High informs us in this Hadith Qudsi, that man commits a great wrong against Allah (swt ) when he curses time and attributes the occurrence of events to it, for Allah (swt ) is the Rabb of time and the Disposer of affairs and it is by His Qadr that events take place. Therefore to curse time is to curse the Owner of time.
In the second narration, the Prophet (saas ) forbids us from cursing time, saying that Allah (swt ) is the Owner of time and the Disposer of it and all events and affairs, and this is confirmation of what was reported in the preceding Hadith Qudsi.
Benefits Derived From This Hadith
1. The forbiddance of cursing time.
2. That no actions may be attributed to time.
Relevance of This Hadith to the Subject of the Chapter
That it proves that to curse time is to commit a great wrong against Allah (swt ).
Relevance of This Hadith to the Subject of Tawheed
That the Hadith proves that cursing time is a great wrong against Allah (swt ), because those who do so believe that it is time which causes events to take place and this is shirk in Tawheed Ar-Ruboobiyyah, for it is Allah (swt ), Alone Who determines events.
Footnotes
1. Dahris: An atheistic sect among the Arabs, their views are widely held in the West today: There is no God, no Resurrection, no punishment, no reward etc., etc.
2. Narrated by Bukhari.
