Narrated Anas:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said “None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children and all mankind.”

حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ح وَحَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ “‏ لاَ يُؤْمِنُ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى أَكُونَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ وَالِدِهِ وَوَلَدِهِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ ‏”‏‏.‏

Surah Al Ambiyyah- Prophets -Ch 21

Ayah – Verse 22 – If (there) were in both of them gods besides Allah, surely they (would) have been ruined. So glorified (is) Allah, Lord (of) the Throne (above) what they attribute.

Tafsir – Explanation of the Verse:

Only a Being which has these powers is worthy of being worship لَوْ كَانَ فِيهِمَا آلِهَةٌ إِلَّا اللَّـهُ لَفَسَدَتَا (Had there been gods in them [ the heavens and the earth ] other than Allah, both would have fallen in disorder. – 21:22). This is an argument of common nature in favour of the Oneness of Allah which is based on common practice. It is also a logical proof of the oneness of God and a great deal of literature is available to explain it in the books on theology (عِلمُ الکلَام). The argument of common nature is that if there were two Gods, each independent and sovereign, then the commands of both would prevail on the earth and in the sky which is not possible, because it is inconceivable that both of them would have common views on all matters. And if there are differences of opinion which is inevitable where power is shared, there could be conflict, which would always lead to chaos and confusion. The suggestion that the two Gods could consult each other before passing orders has been adequately discussed, and rejected, in the books of theology. The thing to note is that if the two Gods had to take decisions jointly, then neither of them would have been sovereign, and a god with divided sovereignty is not God.

21. Or have they taken to themselves gods from the earth who resurrect?

22. If there were in them gods other than God, they would have gone to ruin. So glory be to God, Lord of the Throne, beyond what they allege.

23. He will not be questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned.

24. Or have they taken, besides Him, other gods? Say, “Bring your proof. This is a message for those with me, and a message of those before me.” But most of them do not know the truth, so they turn away.

25. We never sent a messenger before you without inspiring him that: “There is no god but I, so worship Me.”

26. And they say, “The Most Merciful has taken to himself a son.” Be He glorified; they are but honored servants.

27. They never speak before He has spoken, and they only act on His command.

28. He knows what is before them, and what is behind them; and they do not intercede except for him whom He approves; and they tremble in awe of Him.

29. And whoever of them says, “I am a god besides Him,” We will reward him with Hell. Thus We reward the wrongdoers.

30. Do the disbelievers not see that the heavens and the earth were one mass, and We tore them apart? And We made from water every living thing. Will they not believe?

Notes; some proofs about Quran authenticity is that the universe was one mass – and it expands; which is recently confirmed by modern scientific theory and no one could know that at that time 1400 years ago;

Surah – at Thariayyat – We (God AmMighty – royal We) built the universe with ˹great˺ might, and We are certainly expanding ˹it˺.

156. And for their faithlessness, and their saying against Mary a monstrous slander. (the Jews)

157. And for their saying, “We have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the Messenger of God.” In fact, they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him, but it appeared to them as if they did. Indeed, those who differ about him are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it, except the following of assumptions. Certainly, they did not kill him.

Poisoning of Prophet Muhammad(saw)

Anas ibn Malik reported: A Jewish woman came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with a poisoned sheep, and he ate from it. She was brought to him and he asked her about it. She said, “I want to kill you.” The Prophet said, “Allah has given you no authority over me.” It was said, “Should we kill her?” The Prophet said, “No.” I continued to notice the effects of the poison upon the Messenger of Allah. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 2617, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2190;

When Khaibar was Conquered

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, Hadith Number 394.

• Narated By Abu Huraira : When Khaibar was conquered, a roasted poisoned sheep was presented to the Prophets as a gift (by the Jews). The Prophet ordered, “Let all the Jews who have been here, be assembled before me.” The Jews were collected and the Prophet said (to them), “I am going to ask you a question. Will you tell the truth?” They said, “Yes.’ The Prophet asked, “Who is your father?” They replied, “So-and-so.” He said, “You have told a ie; your father is so-and-so.” They said, “You are right.” He siad, “Will you now tell me the truth, if I ask you about something?” They replied, “Yes, O AbuAl-Qasim; and if we should tell a lie, you can realize our lie as you have done regarding our father.” On that he asked, “Who are the people of the (Hell) Fire?” They said, “We shall remain in the (Hell) Fire for a short period, and after that you will replace us.” The Prophet said, “You may be cursed and humiliated in it! By Allah, we shall never replace you in it.” Then he asked, “Will you now tell me the truth if I ask you a question?” They said, “Yes, O Ab Li-AI-Qasim.” He asked, “Have you poisoned this sheep?” They said, “Yes.” He asked, “What made you do so?” They said, “We wanted to know if you were a liar in which case we would get rid of you, and if you are a prophet then the poison would not harm you.”

Prophet Muhammad(sal Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam did not died right away from the Poison – as his death was not written at that time, but he died years later as an Effect of that poison; that is also why he is both a Prophet/ messenger of God and a Martyr of Allah at the same time;

Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet (ﷺ) in his ailment in which he died, used to say, “O `Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar, and at this time, I feel as if my aorta is being cut from that poison.”

وَقَالَ يُونُسُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ عُرْوَةُ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ فِي مَرَضِهِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ ‏ “‏ يَا عَائِشَةُ مَا أَزَالُ أَجِدُ أَلَمَ الطَّعَامِ الَّذِي أَكَلْتُ بِخَيْبَرَ، فَهَذَا أَوَانُ وَجَدْتُ انْقِطَاعَ أَبْهَرِي مِنْ ذَلِكَ السَّمِّ ‏”‏‏.‏; Sahih al Bukhari 4428, reference Book 64, hadith 450

The angel Gabriel is the leader of all the angels and is called Aminul al-Wahyi.

He was assigned to deliver revelations to the apostles. Rasulullah SAW once met Jibril near Sidratul Muntaha, which is a large tree whose roots are in the sixth sky. Its leaves, fruit, and branches soar up to the seventh heaven.

It is narrated in the Book of Sahih Ibn Hiban, from a friend of Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud, the Messenger of Allah said: عن ابن مسعود -رضي الله عنه- أنه قال في هذه الآية: {ولقد رآه نَزْلَةً أُخرى} [النجم: 13]، قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: رأيتُ جبريلَ عند سِدْرةِ المُنْتَهى، عليه ستُّمائة جَناح، يَنْتَثِرُ من رِيشِه التَّهاوِيلُ : ال الياقُوتُ

From Ibn Mas’ud RA that he said about this verse, “And indeed Muhammad saw Gabriel (in his original appearance) at another time.” (Surat an-Najm: 13) Rasulullah SAW said, “I saw Gabriel in Sidratul Muntaha, he had six hundred wings scattered on his feathers of diamonds and gems of different colors.”

in the hadith marfu ‘from Ibn Shihah, once the Prophet asked Jibril to reveal his true form. Then Gabriel said, “You will not be able to see me in my true form. You must be surprised.” However, the Messenger of Allah said he really wanted Jibril to reveal his true form.

“Then the Messenger of Allah went to the place of prayer one night when the moon was bright. Then Jibril came in his original form. When the angel Gabriel revealed his true form in front of him, the Messenger of Allah immediately fainted when he saw Jibril has 600 wings, very large, “

When the Prophet woke up from his stupor, Jibril then leaned on his body. He put one hand on the chest of the Prophet and the other hand was placed between his shoulders. The Messenger of Allah said, “Subhanallah, Glory be to Allah. I never thought that there was a creature that Allah created as big as you, O Jibril.”

Narrated Abu Ishaq-Ash-Shaibani:
I asked Zir bin Hubaish regarding the Statement of Allah: “And was at a distance Of but two bow-lengths Or (even) nearer; So did (Allah) convey The Inspiration to His slave (Gabriel) and then he (Gabriel) Conveyed (that to Muhammad).” (53.9-10) On that, Zir said, “Ibn Mas’ud informed us that the Prophet had seen Gabriel having 600 wings.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 54, Number 455)

Narrated Abdullah:
Regarding the Verses: ‘And was at a distance of but two bow-lengths or (even) nearer; So did (Allah) convey the Inspiration to His slave (Gabriel) and then he (Gabriel) conveyed (that to Muhammad…)’ (53.9-10). Ibn Mas’ud narrated to us that the Prophet had seen Gabriel with six hundred wings. (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 60, Number 379)

‘And was at a distance of but two bow-lengths or (even) nearer. So did Allah convey the Inspiration to His slave (Gabriel) and then he (Gabriel) conveyed that to Muhammad.’ (53.10) He said, “Abdullah (bin Mas’ud) informed us that Muhammad had seen Gabriel with six hundred wings.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 60, Number 380)
