Charity from the poor surpasses the rich
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “One silver coin is ahead of one hundred thousand others.” They said, “O Messenger of Allah, how is it so?” The Prophet said, “A man has only two coins, so he takes one and gives it in charity. Another man has abundant wealth, so he takes one hundred thousand coins from a mere portion of it and gives it in charity.” Source: Sunan al-Nasā’ī 2528; Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبَقَ دِرْهَمٌ مِائَةَ أَلْفٍ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَكَيْفَ قَالَ رَجُلٌ لَهُ دِرْهَمَانِ فَأَخَذَ أَحَدَهُمَا فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهِ وَرَجُلٌ لَهُ مَالٌ كَثِيرٌ فَأَخَذَ مِنْ عُرْضِ مَالِهِ مِائَةَ أَلْفٍ فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهَا
